Ziba Design :: Interaction Designer (October 2010 - present)
- Collaborated in diverse project teams to create consumer-focused designs for product companies around the world
- Facilitated deep-dive research and brainstorm activities to establish a point-of-view on product features
- Taught Arduino classes to internal discipline groups, introducing the hardware, programming, and various inputs and outputs
Northwestern Mutual :: User Interface Design Specialist (April 2004 - June 2010)
- Designed and developed rich web-based applications to increase productivity to internal support groups
- Introduced a "Satellite View" diagram to our project deliverable package, providing a high-level view of the entire application and all the interactions
- Developed all front-end HTML, Javascript, and Cascading Style Sheets for web applications
- Improved the design and functionality of the "Calendar Widget" date selector, passing increased efficiency for the user to enterprise-level web applications
- Collaborated with teammate to develop an enterprise-wide UI Framework to revolutionize how web applications are designed and developed

- One of founding members of company’s User-Centered Design (UCD) team
